Meet Rick Hatfield, principal at Wellspring Preparatory High School in Grand Rapids, MI! After more than 25 years in education, Principal Hatfield retired in 2023. But working with students remained his passion, and when the opportunity presented itself to become principal at Wellspring Prep, he couldn’t refuse.
