Breakfast and Lunch

We offer healthy, balanced breakfast and lunch to all students. Meals are provided at no cost through the Community Eligibility Provision (CEP).

We currently partner with the YMCA to offer on-site after-school care to our students. We do not currently provide before-school care.

Busing is not provided, so parents are responsible for getting their children to and from school each day. If you need any help or have questions, we're here to support you!

Uniforms

Vanguard Charter Academy does not use uniforms. We do have a dress code designed to encourage student learning and minimize distractions.

NHA Shines: Stanford Study Shows Our Students Surpass Their Peers by 3.5 Months Each Year

A recent Stanford study shows NHA partner-school students continue to outperform their traditional public school peers. They do so by gaining nearly three-and-a-half months of additional learning. NHA also earned the new “gap busters” designation for outstanding progress in eliminating learning disparities for minority and poverty students.
