National Heritage Academies (NHA), one of the nation’s largest charter school management companies, honored its top performing schools, including Quest Charter Academy, during its 17th Annual Eagle Awards ceremony.
The event was held Monday, July 16, in Grand Rapids, Mich., with more than 500 principals and deans in attendance as part of a four-day Leadership Summit.
Quest Charter Academy earned an Eagle Award for employee engagement. The award is based on a score at the 90th percentile or higher on the spring employee survey.
“I am honored to accept this award on behalf of the entire team at Quest Charter Academy,” said Principal Ralph Garza. “This is a wonderful testament to our outstanding team at Quest and the positive work environment they are helping to create.”
NHA rewards schools in other areas including parent satisfaction, Schools of Excellence, student attendance, and state accountability.
