Steve Pond: Director of School Quality

Steve Pond is a director of school quality for National Heritage Academies partner schools in North Carolina. He has been part of the NHA network of over 100 charter schools for seven years, serving as the founding principal for the award-winning Peak Charter Academy in Apex, North Carolina. Peak has been recognized as a top ten charter school by both U.S. News & World Report and Niche, as well as winning five consecutive Maggy Awards for being recognized by consumers as the best charter school in Wake County. Mr. Pond will support North Oak through the process of identifying a leadership team, and continue to support the school once open.
