College Visits

Understanding everything about a college is crucial for students as it provides valuable insights that significantly shape their futures. Recognizing the importance of experiencing a college firsthand, we facilitate campus visits for juniors and seniors, enabling them to explore potential colleges personally. Additionally, Canton Prep hosts presentations led by college representatives right on our campus, giving students direct access to critical information and aiding in their decision-making process.

Juniors and seniors are given two excused absences each academic year to visit a college or university of their choice. To receive the excused absence, students must complete the proper forms with the school's front office two weeks before their scheduled visit.

Juniors and seniors who wish to attend college presentations here at Canton Prep should sign up in the College Counseling team’s office no later than the Friday before the scheduled presentation.
