Summer Learning in First Grade

Our first grade students are spending the summer working on their reading skills and having a blast doing it.

Each week they are reading books at home, writing book reports, and then turning them into their teachers - Mrs. Harris, Ms. Childress and Mrs. Cobb. Each child receives a special treat for their hard.

Before leaving their new classroom, the students' teachers assign a new book and report that their parents will help them with that week.
