School Meals
Below is our approved meal program for the 2024-25 school year. A good meal is key to providing the energy for students to do their best. Summit Creek Academy is committed to ensuring students maintain a nutritious diet. Healthy, balanced meals are available at no cost to all students every full day of school with our participation in the Community Eligibility Program (CEP).

Summit Creek Academy uses SLA Management to provide healthy, well-balanced meals to our students. We offer free breakfast and lunch each full school day. Please contact the school office for breakfast times.

If your child is enrolled this year, please download and complete the Household Information Survey. This helps to support our supplemental programs. The completed survey can be brought to the school office, or uploaded via the Submit Paperwork Online link in your Parent Portal account.

To file a program discrimination complaint, a Complainant should complete Form AD-3027, USDA Program Discrimination Complaint Form, from any USDA office, by calling (866) 632-9992, or by writing a letter addressed to USDA. The letter must contain the complainant’s name, address, telephone number, and a written description of the alleged discriminatory action in sufficient detail to inform the Assistant Secretary for Civil Rights (ASCR) about the nature and date of an alleged civil rights violation. The completed AD-3027 form or letter must be submitted to USDA by:
