Metro Charter Academy Recognized as 2021 Metro Detroit’s Best and Brightest Companies to Work For®

For the second year in a row, National Heritage Academies (NHA) has been recognized as one of 145 of Metro Detroit’s Best and Brightest Companies to Work For®.

This award honors organizations throughout Metropolitan Detroit that display a commitment to excellence in their human resource practices and employee enrichment.

To be selected to receive the award, companies are evaluated by an independent research firm based on key measures in categories including communication, work-life balance, employee education, diversity, recognition, retention, and more.

Twenty-seven NHA schools across the Metro Detroit area are included in the recognition: Metro Detroit NHA schools were recognized for various reasons, including employee achievement and recognition, communication and shared vision, displaying excellence in communication, recognition, and work-life balance, and having a great culture, high employee engagement, and a strong sense of purpose.
