Stay Connected to Your Child’s Education at Four Points Prep

Maintaining a vested interest in your child’s education is easy through a variety of channels at Four Points Preparatory Academy.

National Heritage Academies’ (NHA) philosophy of “parental partnership” means that a student’s education begins at home, and that a parent-teacher-child partnership is key to finding greater success and builds confidence in all parties involved. Some of the ways we structure our programming includes frequent updates on your child’s academic progress throughout the school year through the Parent Portal, which allows them to monitor their child’s grades or performance online, and a school newsletter that keeps you informed of what’s going on each month. Parent/teacher conferences are a priority; whether it’s in-person, off-site, or virtually, 100% of parents meet with their child's teacher to discuss academic progress.

Parents not only are welcome any time in the building but are encouraged to stop by during events and activities that will give insight into the curriculum and learning environment that NHA schools offer. In addition to volunteer opportunities, parents and students can look forward to activities such as a mystery night and welcoming events for kindergarteners or new families.

For families that don’t speak English, NHA schools have a strong reputation for building relationships and turning the school community into an extended family. That close-knit environment keeps students engaged and puts parents’ minds at ease knowing their child is in dependable, nurturing hands. It’s a testament to the trust parents have in our schools that keeps generations of families coming back, even as employees!
