Ms. Hodgson has served on many public and private boards, including: Flag Bank, Central Atlanta Progress, Georgia Tech’s Alexander Tharpe Fund, Society of International Business Fellows, GoGirlGo Atlanta and HERO for Children.

CDR Jones’ at sea assignments have been Deck Officer, Fire Control Officer, Weapons and Combat Systems Officer, Executive Officer USS Anzio, and Coastal Riverine Squadron FOUR (CRS-4). He participated in Operations Enduring Freedom, Noble Eagle, Inherent Resolve and the recovery of 10 detained American Sailors near Farsi Island. Ashore, CDR Jones past assignments include Admissions Counselor at the United States Naval Academy, Peacekeeper for the United Nations Mission in Liberia, Wargames Planner for the Missile Defense Agency, and Executive Assistant to the Commander of Military Sealift Command. He assumed duties as Commanding Officer, Maritime Expeditionary Security Squadron FOUR (MSRON-4) in May 2020. While in command, he deployed and also assumed duties as Commander, Task Group 56.7. For his final tour he was responsible for the teaching and training of Midshipmen (students) at Morehouse College and the Georgia Institute to Technology as Deputy Commander, NROTC Atlanta Region.
