NHA Provided Technology

As part of National Heritage Academies' (NHA^®) mission to provide appropriate and adequate curricular instruction for the success of its students, NHA utilizes technology resources to support teaching, learning, and classroom management that have been thoroughly vetted by NHA’s security and curriculum and instruction teams. Each tool utilized in the schools and classrooms by NHA has been evaluated to comply with both the Children's Online Privacy and Protection Act (COPPA) and the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA). In accordance with applicable law, NHA possesses the right to consent on behalf of each student’s parent and/or guardian to utilize each of these educational tools, with such consent being limited to the educational context and solely for the use and benefit of the school, and the success of its students.
