NHA Parent Portal Mobile App Troubleshooting
If experiencing issues with the NHA Parent Portal mobile app, the following steps can help! If you have tried all steps and are still having issues, please contact our Parent Relations department for assistance by calling 877-642-7471.
Log out and log back in.
Log out of the mobile app by clicking on the gear icon in the lower left of your account home page. If you've forgotten your password, tap the "Forgot Password" link under the password field and follow the on-screen prompts.
Check for updates to the app.
iOS (iPhone/Apple) users:
- Uninstall and reinstall your app. This will reload the app with any available updates.
- Open the Google Play Store app.
- At the top right, tap the profile icon.
- Tap "Manage Apps & Device". If an update is available you will see "Update Available" next to the Parent Portal app icon.
- Tap "Update".
Clear the app cache.
Clearing the app cache will clear out any temporary files stored within the app that may store old data. Clearing the app cache will not erase login credentials.
iOS (iPhone/Apple) users:
- Uninstall and reinstall your app.
- Open Settings.
- Swipe to and tap "Apps".
- Select or search for the NHA Parent Portal App.
- Tap "Storage & cache".
- Tap "Clear cache".
